This is a flash version of Brokkos. It tries to pressure your opponent by using threats with flash that can come in in case they dont cast their giant spell. Voracious Greatshark and Slitherwisp are not in because I don't have them but the deck still performs well imo. Also, Shark Typhoon typcially uses its cycling ability instead of its other form.
Why Brokkos over Yarok? Because he is recurable and can trigger the mutate abilities of some creatures. He is not very important to winning besides getting in those extra points of damage at the end of the game sometimes so Yarok is probably fine if you don't want to craft him.
