Special notes on some card considerations:
Neutralize -- awesome synergy with the hard counter at turn 3 or if not needed and catching up in a race you can cycle for an additional trigger source for Faerie Vandal
Fae of Wishes -- access to card draws can make this card accessible any game. Wish Granted opens up opportunities to swing the game back your way. It can fetch you land like Radiant Fountain for a critical life boost during close games.
Stonecoil Serpent -- Don't hesitate to cast this at 1/1 in your opening hand. Let the opponent shock it or deal with it one way or another. the stats on this 1/1 is always a threat because you have your mutate game plan. A 3/3 Octopus with trample, reach, protection from multi-color that draws you a card on contact is a very high upside and usually catches the op off-guard. If they do answer it after it contacts and draws you a card, too late, it already paid for itself. If they don't answer this (control decks with Deafening Clarions, Oath of Kaya, Dire Tactics are all duds to this), then it's going to snowball from there.
Heads Up: This deck takes some practice to become effective. Make sure to maximize upkeep stops when casting spells on your opponents' turns so that you make them spend resources before they enter their main phases. This can also be frustrating for the opponent because they will have fewer resources to react with because they have not drawn their card for the turn yet or their spells are at sorcery speed.
