The mix of 2-of's gives this deck its versatility to manage early to late-game situations. This is especially good with Narset and Omen of the Sea mainboard giving you the ability to dig in your deck for the cards you need.
Early game: (always try to have at least one of these in your opening hand in a 1st game scenario or Bo1)
Omen + Birth of Meletis + Glass Casket + Fae of Wishes + 3feri + Narset
Mid game:
Shatter the Sky + Thassa's Intervention + Cycling Shark + 4feri + Fae of Wishes (Granted)
End game:
Eugene + Cavalier/ECD chain + Shark Typhoon/Interventions
Special Mentions:
Heliod's Intervention to live through lethal from beatdowns, or destroy key enchantments/artifacts like Stonecoil Serpent, Doom Foretold, ECDs, and Ovens.
The Cavalier of Dawn is really good in this deck as it gives you some sort of an all-around answer to your opponent's board. It can cut off those pesky ovens, snipe down a Stonecoil (can't be touched by 3feri and ECD), or a Nissa threatening to hit her ultimate. Having 2 of these instead of 4 ECDs mainboard makes a lot of difference. The 2 Cavs + 2 ECDs combination seems to hit the right spot for that sweet sweet end-game cycling between the two. The Cavaliers also make better use of the chilling omens on board for aggro match-ups compared to chucking in a Yorion. The 3/3 Golem can really matter when you're up against the likes of mono-red and when you or your opponent threaten to 'minus' a Eugene.
Sideboard Game Plan:
Take out Fae of Wishes from the mainboard if you need more space for adjustment cards. The Faes are there to give you access to the sideboard in those game 1 situations. So post boarding, just get those cards in your mainboard straight away and skip the 4cmc sorcery part.
