Commander - Surraka Flokka Flame (on a budget)

There are way too many expensive b/s cards in magic that cost way too much money. The point of this deck is to ball on a budget (sort of). You absolutely can sub out some of the pricier cards with cheaper options.
This is a semi-modest attempt at not spending over $20 on any individual card. It has just enough utility to make it moderately competitive, with many of the creature cards acting in as some of the more expensive artifact/enchantment/sorcery/instant spells that are usually going to add on a lot of additional cost. The mostly green mana base leaves options to swap out certain cards with additional utility spells, and honestly you can just swap out anything that's more than $5 with artifact/equipment spells or mana ramp.
While this deck isn't CEDH ready, it has some great ways at making creatures cheaper and more effective when they ETB. Swapping out spells with some of the options I've listed in the maybe board can give you the ability to change this deck's archetype to more of a voltron focused set up, a discount deck, or a very versatile utility deck because of its access to Temur.
Overall the point of this deck is to have fun while also having ways to advance your board state without spending an absurd amount of money on card board crack.
