I drew The Ozolith out of a draft pack, so I had this idea to build a Simic counters deck. Basically, put counters on everything, proliferate, scare he oppositon with huge creatures. Note: the $15+ cards, as well as the Planeswalkers, I already owned, which is why I decided to build this deck around them. I usually try to build cheap.
