The main deck is inspired by the Worlds Championship list from October 2022. I have played it for nearly a year as my primary Ranking deck, and maintain win rates in the high sixties with hundreds of games played. My highest rank for this period was Platinum, as high rank is never my focus. I never failed to reach Gold with ease if I put in any effort all. I also use this as my Blue Grinder of choice, to develope a lot of play experience. I scooped moderatly to behind positions while Grinding, and this tended to keep the win rates from breaking 70%
The idea presented in the linked video is to build a workable version of the deck, for as few cards as possible. I highly recommend playing JumpIn (2023) for the "Arcanist" or "Counters" packs, as either is likely to reduce your wildcard need by 2-3. I was able to build this with zero wildcards on my F2P account (only about 6months old), though I was very lucky to get Arcanist on my very first attempt.
These two are the All Star finishers of the deck, and I believe this deck will remain viable in Standard as long as these cards are legal. The Djinn is the only required rare for the deck, and can be found in the "Arcanist" JumpIn pack from 2023, and is expected to continue to be available as part of the 2024 JumpIn collection. If you are looking for my current JumpIn pack evaluations, you can find them here.

The manabase is best as strictly islands, to maximize synergy with Flow of Knowledge. I ran and had great success with a single copy of Otawara, Soarign City until Flow of Knowledge was printed into Standard. During BRO testing period, I tried cutting an Island for an additional flow, but found it to be suboptimal and clunky. I often had multiple Flows dead in hand. Your results may vary, and it's woth testing again as the list continues to evolve.
I like to run a single copy of BST for the mirror matches, or midrange decks which get out of control in the late game. Invoke the Winds is a solid alternative, if it better fits your collection. I found it really satifying to steal the creature my opponent just stablized behind. To be honest, neither is probably worth a wildcard simply for it's contribution to this list. Consider running an additional control piece or a third copy of Flow.
This makes up a powerful on curve suite of draw spell, to use in the early game. These draw spells can be pitched in the midgame, to fill the graveyard for more powerful Djinns or cheaper Terrors. Flow of knowledge, is obviosly more for the late game. Impulse is still run in many of the more contemporary Tempo style builds, but I have found Curate to be superior in the cUntrol builds. Consider and Thirst were part of NPE collection for 2023 on Arena, making this deck even more budget friendly.
These two make up a powerful Tempo package for the early turns if you don't have a card draw option. Fading hope buys time against creature base decks, while providing card selection for your next draw. Spell perce is easily outclassed in the mid to late game, thus only 2 copies. These can be pitched to the yard in the mid to late game to fuel Djinn or Terror. Fading Hope was alos part of the NPE collection for 2023, meaning a full third of this deck was FREE.
These three make up the primary control suite, and while quantities very according to the Meta, this is the mix as 2023 comes to a close. All of these spell reduce to to a sinlge U mana with Djinn in play. The blue color pie is never short on alternative control cards, just adjust according to your collection and the Meta gmae state.
