The OTK is that there are no basic lands, so the Goblin Charbelcher one shots the opponent. Use the artifacts to give you red for iren crag feat, and draw through the deck, and use the mythic shock lands to be able to play on curve. Other cards just help search for the charbelcher. Use irencrag feat to play charbelcher and ulti at the same time.
If you use pact of negation, and have the charbelcher in play, put a stop on your upkeep. Then after the pact of negation triggers, use the charbelcher to win the game before the pact resolves. Use pact to defend the charbelcher against removal, or your opp's win con.
The deck can be run with the budget double-sided lands instead of the mythic 3-life shock lands. It will be vastly cheaper, but will probably be a bit slow for rank.
