The idea here is to control the board until you can get a good combo going with Divine Visitation
, and Dawn of Hope
. The side board is mostly to handle (RDW) aggro. You just sub out the Powerstones for the life gain.
This deck has a really rough time against other (more meta) control decks, but I've pulled it off. It does very well against mid-range decks, however.
I've won about 50/50 with this one, and I would LOVE any suggestions on how to up that win rate. Especially against other control decks. It's a lot of fun to play. Nobody is running Mono White Control these days, so it's a diamond in the rough.
It's REALLY fun when you have Divine Visitation down, and hit Finale of Glory
for 10x.
