Arena Standard - (BO1) Korvold's Invention
Control Combo
Win/Loss ratio of the entire design is roughly a 2.8:1. I have been designing this for the past few weeks and tweaking it to get it just right... so I have probably played it over 200 times under various names. It does not fair well to mill as it draws itself extremely fast once it ramps up and the Loaming Shaman's can get mil'd. If only Gaea's Blessing was still in Standard -.-
Let us see...
Sacrifice a food token to:
Draw, deal damage, sift, gain life.
Sacrifice a creature to:
Draw, deal damage, gain life.
Sacrifice Fires when Korvold attacks to:
Draw, deal damage, cast more spells after attack.
*Tip from the designer* If you have Chandra with the regulator out and Korvold... do not have more than one Moldervine Reclamation out, and recommend you sacrifice it when Korvold attacks.
