The strategy here is to survive and get your draw engine going (Fountain of Renewal + Dawn of Hope) so you can start the angel generators (Divine Visitation, Resplendent Angel).
It may look janky but I've been consistently successful with this deck in MTGA Bo1 Constructed Event (4 wins average, 7-win count: 9).
With a completed Sideboard playing Bo3 Competitive Constructive works at least just as well (3 wins average, 5-win count: 4).
Sideboard suggestions for various match-ups are down below.
The deck is quite strong against most meta decks as many of them are not very effective at dealing with enchantments. An early Dawn of Hope is very hard to deal with for an opponent playing Control. Midrange decks are easy match-ups thanks to the amount of removal and AoE. Against Aggro decks like Mono-Red you have a ton of healing potential. The deck runs a lot of removal against any deck-type and has many cards that will snowball alone if they get to stick.
Since your enchantments are what will win you the most games you have to watch out for cards like Vivien Reid, Thrashing Brontodon, Vraska, Relic Seeker, Assassin's Trophy, Knight of Autumn. So Golgari and other Green(ish) decks can be a bit tough in Bo1, but if you play carefully and bait those threats out earlier they're still manageable. The same goes of course for decks running Counterspells and Cleansing Nova.
When facing Teferi decks the best strategy is to keep drawing cards and let your opponent do the first step. Don't just waste your Duress too soon - save them for the turn you want to play something big to remove their Counterspells first. You need to always have your removals ready for when he plays Teferi. Meaning if Vraska's Contempt is in your hand you need to always keep enough mana open to be able to play it on his turn. And if he doesn't play a Teferi while you have Dawn of Hope on the field you can just keep making dudes at the end of his turn to flood the board. Teferi decks have a very hard time dealing with endless tokens.
If you have Memorial to Glory with Divine Visitation on the field make sure to always pop them right at the end of the opponents turn to avoid sorcery removal (unless you need to use your Angels to block - then do it right after they set their attackers).
One cool combo you should always keep an eye out for is Fountain of Renewal + Resplendent Angel + Ritual of Rejuvenation for a 4/4 Angel token. It often happens by itself but if you see those cards in your hand it's worth thinking of a way you can play these cards in the most efficient order and to not pop your Fountain of Renewal too early.
In Bo3 if you win the coin flip and you don't know what you're up against -> Play first.
If the opponent plays Aggro or Midrange -> Play first.
If the opponent plays Control -> Draw first.
Mulligan any hand with only 2 lands unless you're going second and have Dusk Legion Zealot or Fountain of Renewal + Dawn of Hope with the right lands to play it. Pretty much any hand with at least 3 lands is fine to keep. You will probably draw into something that allows you to stabilize by turn 4 - you just really never want to be mana screwed by then.
I'm not valuing Dawn of Hope that high in the mulligan by itself (only if you get it together with Fountain of Renewal and with playable mana). Against Red-Aggro and Blue-Tempo (of which you run in a lot in Bo1) it is just a dead card early on. However if you're in Bo3 and you know your opponent is playing Control then Dawn of Hope is the best card you can have in your opening hand because you can likely play it before they can counter it.
I frequently update here as I make improvements to the deck and sideboard. If you need advice on card replacements or anything else let me know. Also please comment if you tried the deck yourself. I'm always curious to hear how the deck has been working for other people!
