The ability can't reduce the colored mana requirement of a creature spell with flying. - 2016-06-08
A creature spell that doesn't have flying won't cost less even if the creature it will become will have flying once on the battlefield. For example, if you control an Island and Wonder is in your graveyard, creature spells won't cost less even though those creatures will have flying once they're on the battlefield.
