The Plane-Cation: Dominaria event removed a number of cards which made Abzan Hero unplayable in the M20 Standard Meta. This deck focuses on slowing down an opponent in the early rounds with cards like Oath of Kaya, & Vraska, Golagri Queen. Then going wide with Hero of Precinct One with numerous multicolored spells. This deck has 18 Legendary permanants which allow for Kethis, the Hidden hand to ramp into your other spells if you're struggling for mana while also allowing you to exile legendary cards from your graveyard to recast others.
The deck has many little interactions and synergies that allow you to maintain a wide board state, control and card advantage.
For example: You can use Vraska, Golari Queen uptick to sacrifice an Oath of Kaya you already have in play for a card draw and life gain. If Kethis, the Hidden Hand can recast legendary spells from the graveyard for a turn by exiling two legendary spells already in the graveyard.
Hero of Precint One tokens synergize with Vraska's loyalty ability to sacrifice a permanant and draw a card allowing you to cycle through your deck faster.
Sorin, Vengeful Bloodlord allows you to reanimate creatures that have died for extra value, the best examples are Seraph of the Scales, Trostani Discordant, and Tolsimir, Friend to Wolves. With numerous Hero of Precinct One tokens in play to protect your planeswalkers you can safefully uptick Sorin to high numbers to continuely recast your high mana cost creatures, which every single creature out of Kethis has added value with token generation.
