Everything is there to get those Risen Reefs on the field and keep them alive. Use their draw engine to generate lands to fuel Finale of Devastation.
Thicket Crasher *must* be on the field with a few creatures available (Reefs, etc) before you use Finale (it gives trample to all other Elementals).
Use Finale of Devastation to turn your 1/2 Healer of the Glade (for example) into an 18/19 Trample beast. If you're playing 1v1, it's easy. It's even better in a multiplayer format where you can send 2 or 3 Finale'd creatures towards all of your opponents at the same time.
