Pretty straightforward. I usually use the Vicious Rumors right off the bat, unless I pulled enough mana to save it for a Bloodthirsty Aerialist proc on turn 4. Knight of Ebon Legion is another good turn 1 play. Use him later in the game to double pump his ability, great for killing big threats (especially if they're not paying attention to the ability). Bloodthirsty of course great for swinging over the top. As many Revenge of Ravens as you can get out there the better, esp. with Bloodthirsty on the field. (People tend to forget it procs on "Declare Attackers" vice after combat; I've had multiple people kill themselves while trying to deliver the deathstroke against me. Also makes for a surprise when you beef your Bloodthirsty blocker before damage is dealt.) Ob Nix procs twice for that double card draw on his - ability, great for knocking down bigguns' again.
Epicure of blood just augments RoR and Ill-Gotten Gains, and a blocker. Ayara continues the lifedrain trend.
Orzhov Enforcer good for fending off big bads throughout, as well as providing a little flyer for over the top stings.
Proccing Vampire Opportunist late game can win it for you, if you've got the mana without any other moves to make, as well as proccing Bloodthirsty and Epicure.
