Description

This is a mono-blue deck that can go infinite with activating abilities, trying to take advantage of Omen Hawker and Training Grounds. The infinite combo is Patchwork Crawler and Training Grounds on field with Omen Hawker, Depth Charge Colossus, and Hypnotic Grifter/Rona in grave. Crawler exiles Hawker and Depth Charge Colossus, which with Training Grounds lets you tap and untap it infintiely to make infinite Blue mana that can only be used on activated abilities (and infinite untaps). Then, you can use Grifter/Rona abilities to loot through your deck. Eventually, you'll drop Surge Engine in the grave and use that ability to give the Patchwork "Can't be blocked," make Patchwork arbitrarily big, then attack for game. If you use Coral Colony with an unflipped Captive Weird or Surge Engine, you can mill your opponent infinitely, but it's probably better to just play a disruption spell in that slot. It sounds like a lot of pieces to do combo, but with Reality Chip, Grifter, and Rona (and Surge Engine), you can end up seeing a lot of your deck each game.

For the other cards, Reality Chip can be reconfigured for U with Training Grounds out, and the deck is super low costed, so it's dangerous and a removal magnet. Captive Weird can be flipped turn 2 quite often, which is cool. Fading Hope and Make Disappear are the best disruption that I could think of for mono-U. Hopefully, there's something better than that.

The sideboard needs work. Should have additional copies of Ledger Shredder, March of Swirling Mist, and Shore up.

Deck could potentially splash red. I would take suggestions on cards and ratios. :)
