The idea for this deck is get down Rule of Law and control nearly everything the opponent does. Find Fae of Wishes and get Thousand-Year Storm onto the board.
Once that is done we use Teferi's Time Twist on our Rule of Law to get 1 Storm counter and go for the kill with instants and sorceries.
Niv-Mizzet is there to give us extra ping damage to our enemy and give us card draw.
Most of the time we never get to go for the combo as our opponent scoops everytime since we don't allow him/her play anything.
Ugin, Ral, and The Mirari Conjecture are in there for extra spice.
You can tweak how you wish but Thousand-Year Storm must stay in there as that is our crown jewel for the combo to go off
