Fastest Win Condition

Thoracle - Thassa's Oracle + Demonic Consultation with backups of Tainted Pact or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries

Turn 1 access to 3 mana via:

• Land + Lotus Petal + Chrome Mox
• Land + An Offer You Can't Refuse with Jeweled Amulet or Gitaxian Probe or Force of Negation or Force of Will alt costs
• Gemstone Caverns + Land + Dark Ritual
• Combination of the above

Alternative Win Condition

Damage - 3 turns of Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow with Blinkmoth Infusion + Shadow of Mortality + Sea Gate Restoration for 37 damage to all

Leverage the following to place the above 3 cards on top of the library:

• Hand to top of library: Scroll Rack + Brainstorm
• Library to top of library: Vampiric Tutor + Imperial Seal + Lim-Dûl's Vault + Doomsday + Personal Tutor + Mystical Tutor

Mana Base

Manabase needs to be singleton because of Tainted Pact, so no duplicates, not even for a Basic land.

Snow-Covered Island and Snow-Covered Swamp for Basic land redundancy.

Lands to look at replacing for better options from future sets:

• Mana Confluence - lots of pain, at least color fixes
• City of Brass - lots of pain, at least color fixes
• Underground River - pain for pips, at least color fixes
• Sink into Stupor - 3 life, at least can be pitched for free spells or expensive bounce

Mulligan

Mulligan for a 1 drop creature at a minimum.  You'd like the hand to have your evasive 1 drop, a cheap/free interaction spell, 2 total lands/ramp, and a tutor or card advantage engine.  That's only 5 slots of your hand, so you can mull pretty aggressively.  Don't fall for the trap of mulliganing just to find the Thoracle combo.  This is just a baseline mulligan concept though.  If you're up against a lot of stax, you may want to focus on Thoracle for winning fast before things can get setup on the board.  The rest of pod impacts how you want to mulligan.  If you're in a pod with a couple of turbo Ad Nauseam decks, then you may want to hedge on trying to get a turn 2/turn 3 Draco or Shadow of Mortality.  If you're up against midrange decks you may want to hedge more towards getting your card advantage engines.  Read the table.

Meta Consideration

If somehow the meta becomes hateful towards Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow in a way that prevents her from hitting the board, consider Caustic Bronco as a backup card for her and swap it into the deck for a land (since there a 30 lands and 3 pitchable land MDFCs to use in conjunction with free spells).  Only Dauthi Voidwalker, Grazilaxx, Illithid Scholar, Ingenious Prodigy, Opposition Agent and potentially Orcish Bowmasters, Phyrexian Metamorph, Flesh Duplicate, or Mockingbird work well with the Saddle mechanic though.
