That's right, cut off one head, two more shall take its place. Ozolith makes hydras truly hydras in MTG!
Hydra Tribal deck of Simic Origins
Notable Interactions:
Ozolith and any counters, of course, including adding to Incubation Druid
to increase its mana ramping.
Callous Dismissal
to slow opponent down, recall any of your tokened-up creatures to your hand when Ozo is out, or recall one of your planeswalkers to refresh it's loyalty counters.
Bioessence Hydra
and any of the 9 planeswalkers. Often better to put the hyrda down first and then the planeswalker on the following turn if the board state allows a choice so that you can attack the same turn all of the additional counters land on the hydra.
Gargos, Vicious Watcher
makes other hydras 4 mana cheaper to cast. With planeswalkers on board, this makes for a nasty Bio Hydra for only 2 mana.
Kasmina 's Transformation can either stiffle opponent creatures or boost your own land creature (from Nissa), Voracious Hydra
, or zombie token by +1/+1. I have won games by a single point of damage that came from playing this card on my own creature. You can also cast it upon one of your own mana ramp creatures or a 1/1 zombie token later in game if Gargos is out to trigger a fight between Gargos and opponent creature.
