This is mainly a control deck that runs lots of removals and some good board-wipes.
It has four ways to win and you have every good tutor in the format to find your wincons or combo pieces.
Way 1#: You play Phage with a way to avoid dying because of her ETB (Torporb Orb, Command Beacon, Campfire...), you give her haste/protection/evasion, you connect with Phage and insta-kill your oponents. This is the hardest way to win.
Way 2#: You have Phage on the battlefield under your control. You have Endless Whispers on the battlefield. You either sacrifice Phage or kill her with your own removal, Endless Whispers triggers and Phage enters the Battlefield under an opponent's control and since they didn't cast it from their hand, they lose the game. After losing the game, Phage goes back to your graveyard and Endless Whispers triggers again. Repeat this process until all opponent's are dead.
Way 3#: You tutor Bolas' Citadel, Sensei's Divining Top and Aetherflux Reservoir. This is and infinite combo that gives you infinite life and then using Aetherflux Reservoir to deal 50 damage to every opponent.
Way 4#: You tutor multiple cards that will make you generate 2, 3, 4... times more mana (this includes one-use cards such as Dark Ritual) and cast either Exanguinate or Torment of Hailfire. If X is high enough, it should be enough to win the game.
