Creatures

2.5 A 5-mana 5/5 is pretty beefy, and this one has some Disenchant upside. Feels like most Green decks will want one of these. 2.5 1x in 25%

3 This feels like a very important common for aggressive White decks. That type of deck will have tons of cards that trigger this. It doesn't seem like it will be rare for this to crack in as a flyer on turns 3 and 4. 3.7 1x in 25%

3 A two mana 2/2 isn’t what it used to be, but that’s the fail case here, and this has the upside of fixing your mana. Note, by the way, that it can grab this format’s dual lands, should you pick one up. 3.8 1x in 25%

2.5 You're not usually going to be able to unlock this cards full power on turn two, and while a ⅓ with reach isn't a disaster for two mana, it isn't remotely close to good either. The good news is that the ETB is useful pretty much all game long. 2.6 1x in 25%

2.5 This fixes your mana well and sets up Collect Evidence 6 in the early game, and in the late game it's a passable creature. 3 1x in 25%

3 It’ll be at least a 5/5 in most cases, and other times it will be absolutely massive! The whole Disguise thing is a big deal too, when the creature has the potential of being this big. 2.8 1x in 25%

5 A 5-mana 4/4 with these three keywords is probably already a 4.0 or 4.5, so Aurelia’s Battallion and super duper battalion abilities are pretty great. Because she’s got haste and flying, there’s a pretty significant chance you’ll draw that card the turn you play here. Keep in mind she also triggers when your opponent attacks with 3 or 5 or more creatures. 4.8 1x in 25%

3.5 Obviously, you get the most value out of just casting it face down and turning it face up – at which point you paid 5 mana for a 3/1 Vigilance and two 1/1s, and paying it in installments will make it feel more efficient than that. But, the fact you can just slam it on turn two if you’re more interested in curving out is pretty nice. 3.8 1x in 25%

2.5 5 mana for three 1/1s isn't great, but you can attack with all three tokens the next turn and really give your opponent a headache. At that point, you are definitely getting your mana's worth. 3.2 1x in 25%

3.5 Three mana for a 2/2 and a 1/1 is always a pretty good rate in Limited, so when you tack on this card’s ability to buff your detectives – albeit inefficiently – I think we’re talking about a very nice Common. 4.2 1x in 25%

2 These "Master Decoy"-type creatures have been a lot worse as of late, and I don't really see that changing here. This does have passable stats and an ability that is good sometimes, though. 2.4 1x in 50%

3.5 This can become a 2/5 with lifelink even if it's your only mount, and it's not going to be your only mount. 4.1 1x in 50%

3.5 A two mana 2/2 with lifelink is a creature you always play, and this can grow fairly easily. In the late game, you can use it's ability as a nice mana sink. 4 1x in 50%

2.5 This has passable stats, and because it can gain first strike, it has the potential to be relevant all game long. 3.1 1x in 50%
Instant, Sorcery

2.5 This has huge blowout potential, but it's too expensive to be something you really prioritize. 3.4 1x in 0%

2.5 This is efficient, but having to take a hit before you can use it isn't ideal. The life gain makes up for that a little. 3 1x in 0%

2.5 Ramp spells that don't impact the board can hurt, but this provides really nice fixing early and can be a legit win conditoin late. 3.5 1x in 0%

3 This trick gives +1/+1 as a floor, and it can give a way bigger boost than that. We've seen this card before without the Reach, and it's always a good trick. 2.5 1x in 0%

2 I like that this can ultimately give you a 2-for-1. I don’t like that it’s a Sorcery that doesn’t add to the board in any meaningful way. It definitely fixes your mana, and in games that go long enough that Clue is gonna feel pretty nice, but not doing anything to add to the board on turn three has been a liability in most formats of late. I kind of hope this is a format where you can do stuff like this, but I’m going to err on the side of caution. 2.2 1x in 0%

3 This is kind of a medium trick if you only use the first mode, but gaining access to the other two in the mid-game is pretty amazing, and it's the kind of card that can really swing a game in your favor between running over an opposing creature and drawing cards. 4 1x in 25%

2 This doesn't do anything on its own, and while you can Plot it when you're stuck in a spot like that, the upside isn't insane here. 2.3 1x in 25%

3.5 This is great removal that can sometimes create a 2-for-1. 4.2 1x in 25%

0 This is awful removal, you practically 2-for-1 yourself in exchange for some efficiency. 2.3 1x in 25%

2.5 This doesn't effect the board initially, but in theory Make Your Own Luck should give you a huge turn on your next turn. At the same time, spending your turn 5 doing this might mean you're dead before you ever get there, and if you don't reveal at least two spells in your top three, this doesn't feel like it will do enough to make up for it's problems. Most of the time you will draw two real cards with it and get one for free, but you're sort of spinning the roulette wheel every time you cast it, and I don't love that. 3.7 1x in 25%

3 This was a very strong trick last time, and it will be this time too. It helps a creature win combat, can blank more removal, and leaves behind a permanent buff. 3.1 1x in 25%

2.5 This is solid removal, but not much more. 3.9 1x in 25%

5 This can be a 7 mana instant-speed wrath that kills everything but your best creature, and it can be a useful spell long before it reaches that point. 5 1x in 25%

2 This is a solid trick – one that represents a 2-for-1 thanks to that Clue. +2/+2 for two isn’t the most impressive boost-to-cost ratio, but it’s enough. 2.8 1x in 25%
Enchantment, Artifact

3.5 This is really good even without the Flash upside. With it, it has blow-out potential and some synergy in the UW color pair. 3.9 1x in 25%

4 This is great Removal that also gives you a relevant body, hard not to be excited about that. 4.4 1x in 25%

4 Hitting any nonland for three is awesome, and sometimes you'll be able to hit multiples or sweep away a bunch of tokens. 3.6 1x in 25%

1.5 It's great that this replaces itself, but it's too expensive for it to be a trick/aura that I'm interested in using. 1.4 1x in 25%

1 This buff looks tempting, but if it's anything like other cheap haste-granting Equipment, it isn't going to be worth a card. 1.8 1x in 25%

4 Exiling a creature for two mana is pretty insane, even if your opponent can potentially get it back later. 4.1 1x in 25%

4 The ETB will be a reasonable removal spell most of the time, and sometimes a really good one – and this case is easier to solve than most. The reward isn’t exactly game-breaking, but it’s certainly relevant, especially because it’s effectively stapled to a solid removal spell. 4.6 1x in 25%

2.5 A 4-mana 3/3 that makes a Clue is fine, and this will be a 4/4 Vigilance from time to time. 3.8 1x in 25%

4 Ramping and fixing your mana while removing a nonland permanent is incredible. 3.6 1x in 50%

3 This provides excellent fixing and on occasion the filter effect might net you extra mana. 4.6 1x in 25%

4.5 This is scary no matter how you play it. If you stick it on turn two, it might just win you the game in the air, and if you get it later and it's a massive lifelinker, the same outcome is likely. 4.8 1x in 25%

5 It spits out clues like crazy and grows throughout the game, it's a massive bomb. 4.7 1x in 25%

5 The stats are amazing, and will allow The Gitrog to get in there with a good hit the turn it comes down, and your opponent likely has to give up significant resources to take him down on your next swing. So, the fact that The Gitrog can make sure you come out way ahead by sacrificing the creature that saddled it is pretty nuts. 4.7 1x in 25%
